Relationship development is the process of establishing a good and long lasting term between two parties for mutual exchange of businesses or services. There are five stages of development in relationship building with a client.
Exploration is the second stage in relationship development. This is an important stage to build trust and relationship, but the bond is weak in this phase and either party can break or terminate the relationship. This is considered as a test for both the parties.
