The actual way of life, norms, Behavior and beliefs a society actually follows is what is called the REAL CULTURE. This is different from the way of life, the norms, the Behavior and beliefs a society deem fit to be followed.

Another difference between real culture and that of the ideal culture is the concept of NO EXCEPTION. Ideal culture are so strict, there is no exception, but for real culture there is always an exception, it is not as strict as the ideal culture.
