Answer:a. gastropods, bivalves

Explanation:mollusca is a phylum which consist of organisms whose body are bilaterally symmentrical (can be dived into two equal mirror part through a unique plane)and segmented, except the gastropods which are asymmetrical.

Mollusca possess a ventral body wall and is modified into a muscular foot for lomotion.they use radula for feeding , except the bivalves which are filter feeders

They possess gills/ctinedia for respiration.they may also use lungs or body surface for respiration.

Snail is an example of gastropoda.they are the most populous and diverse class of mollusca.other examples include slugs, periwinkle etc.

Oysters is an example of bivalva.they have two calcerous valves held together by a ligament.they have no head and their body is compressed in their shell.examples oysters and clams.

Nataly [62]

Hi

It is true that on the Galapagos islands Darwin observed tortoises with a dome and saddle shaped shells, you can see both in attached image.

Darwin observed that Galapagos Tortoises had the shells with different shapes depending on the Island they live, For example: The tortoises with saddle shaped shells were able to reach up to eat leaves of plants while the tortoises with dome shaped shells would not reach up and they would eat food from on ground sources. This made him think that the differences in tortoise shell is also a strong evidence that indicates that how tortoises have adapted themselves to better get their food as per the available resources and how they have evolved from same ancestral specie into two different species. This point also helped him in proposing the theory of evolution by natural selection.

Hope it helps!

Tom [10]
The answer is the Ribosomes of mitochondria and plastids are very similar in their structure and function to bacterial ribosomes.Mitochondria, chloroplasts, and bacteria are alike in size. Bacteria also have DNA and ribosomes alike to those of mitochondria and chloroplasts. Based on this and other proof, experts ponder host cells and bacteria shaped endosymbiotic relationships precedent, when separate host cells took in oxygen-using and photosynthetic bacteria but did not put an end to them.
