Why do I feel dizzy when I spin?

Biology

This endolymph resists changes in motion, and due to the inertia of rest, lags behind, which stimulates the nerve cells. ... For that period of time, the nerve cells send messages to the brain that the brain is still spinning, which makes you dizzy. Eventually, this endolymph slows down and we return to normal

You fill dizzy when and after you spin, because your equilibrium of your body is off, causing you to be 'dizzy'. After you stop spinning, the fluids in your body continue to move while you are stopped, causing you to feel dizzy.

hope this helps
