Sample Response: Practice responses for resisting an offer of tobacco can be any phrase that politely indicate refusal: "No I think I will pass. I'd rather not end up with heart disease or cancer"; "No, I have better things to spend my money on"; or "Seventy percent of people who smoke want to quit. Why even start?"

One action that I would take to improve the health of the school would be certain allergic reactions to foods.

One food that I see people have common reactions to is peanuts.

Effects with peanuts could be: Swelling, redness, hives and so on.

This can effect kids and make them break out.

This can create a safe place for kids. Doing this action will prevent any allergic reactions. It can also make kids cautious to there peers. Meaning they know what foods not to have around them if they are allergic to it.

Write a paragraph explaining how someone could improve their cardiovascular endurance. Include realistic goals, types of exercis
solmaris [256]

Answer:

The best exercises for improving cardiovascular endurance are activities that elevate your heart rate and keep it elevated for a sustained period of time. According to the American College of Sports Medicine, these activities include fast-paced walking, running, cycling, swimming, cross-country skiing, jumping rope and in-line skating. By elevating your heart rate with exercise, you strengthen your heart, improve blood flow, burn fat and improve your body's ability to deliver oxygen and energy to working muscles. These are the hallmarks of cardiovascular endurance.
