For the proper functioning of body, it requires several nutrition minerals, etc. Our human body is able to synthesis some proteins but not all the protein. Also your body is not able to synthesis nutrition and minerals. So they have to be taken from outside the body in the form of food.

All these things are required inadequate amount for the proper functioning of body any failure to this has a negative impact on the function. Plants as well as animals are rich source of nutrients.
