she uses the same amount of fruit so Susan used 5 strawberries per cup ( 5*5 = 25 total strawberries) and 3 kiwi ( 3*5 = 15 total kiwis)

 25+15 = 40 total pieces of fruit.

Joanna made 4 cups with 8 strawberries each

8*4 =32

40-32 = 8 , so she can use 8 kiwis

8 kiwis / 4 cups = 2 kiwis per cup

Here is a distribution of six observations, sorted in ascending order: 3.7, 8.2, 9.9, 11.3, 15.6, 17.3
Tanzania [10]
This is the concept of probability and statistics, to get the summation of (x-μ) where μ is the mean will be given by:
(3.7-11)+(8.2-11)+(9.9-11)+(9.9-11.3)+(15.6-11)+(17.3-11)
=-7.3+-2.8+-1.1+0.3+4.6+6.3
=0

If a student answered 4 out of 5 questions correctly, how did this student do? How do you know?
Sladkaya [172]

Answer:

Percentage Calculator: 4 is what percent of 5? = 80. What is the probability of getting 5 multiple-choice questions answered correctly, if for each question the probability of answering it correctly is 1/3.

Step-by-step explanation:

If there were just one question, then the probability of guessing correctly would be 1/3. Since all the answers are independent (the answer to one question has no bearing on the answers to the others), then this is the case with each question, so the chances of guessing all answers correctly is 1/3 × 1/3 × 1/3 = 1/27.
