Consuming saturated fat is very bad for health as it increases the chances of cardiac diseases and increases the adipose tissue content of body. But consuming the unsaturated fat is good which has just the opposite effects of saturated fat. It is cardioprotective in nature. My eating habits drifted from saturated fat to unsaturated fat due the fact learned from Nutrition.
It’s important because your heart must beat faster during exercising because the increase of the heart rate also will need a increase of cardiac output to deliver the necessary blood flow to the muscles.
