The correct answer is - <span>Segregation is inherently unequal and unfair.
The Supreme Court concludes that the plaintiffs and other people of similar background were denied their rights based on segregation which separates black people from white people by making it obvious that black race is subordinate to the white one, which is obviously not true.

Zolol [24]

Answer:

10- Oxymoron

The words "safety" and "hazard" are right by each other and those are complete opposites so that is an oxymoron.

11- alliteration

The use of the b's at the beginning of a lot of the words is alliteration because it is the repetition of a similar sound at the beginning of the word. The only other one that it could be is consonance because consonance also repeats a sound, but only consonants and it is usually at the end of the word. Even though b is a consonant, I don't think it is consonance because the repetition appears at the beginning of the word.

12- Anaphora

This is anaphora because the word "singing" is being repeated in most of the clauses in order to place emphasis on it.

Answer: "I am sorry that I won't be able to say everything I'd planned in my remaining time, but please let me conclude with . . ."  Then state your most important idea and make your conclusion before time runs out.

Explanation:  If you may be cut off by the moderator or the chairman, your audience will at least hear the conclusion you planned. If you are stopped ( and it DOES happen ) in mid-sentence or without making your most important point, the audience will see you as disorganized, or insensitive to the time limits, and may have an unfavorable impression of you-- and they will have missed the purpose of your speech.
