1. The two recommendations I would give to my local community to help to decrease the local effects os human impact on the environment are:
 • First, Let's all of us start recycling in our homes so that we help the environment by reducing the need for refining and processing raw material because all of those create water pollution and substantial air. Also, there are some recyclable materials that can be reprocessed into new products and in that way, landfills are reduced and we help the environment.
 • Second, Let's change our way of transportation every other day from cars to more environmentally friendly transportation such as bikes, skates, roller skates or by walking. In that way, we reduce air pollution.

 2. The two recommendations I would give to the global goverments to help decrease the global effects of human impact on the environment are:

 • First, it would be great if the government provides training to society on environmental awareness so that starting from the smallest, people have in mind the importance of caring for the environment and start putting into practice actions that take care of the environment. It would benefit the environment in a way that most of the people are going to be conscious about the topic and take care of it.
 • Second, When needed, create a monthly schedule to avoid using cars on specifics days of the year and that way we reduce air pollution and promotes a healthy life on society.

cognitive development

In psychology, the term cognitive development refers to the development of our minds, especially to the complexity of our thoughts. In psychology, there are many schools and theories that focus on cognitive development and they all agree that as we grow older, our cognitive abilities increase until certain point around mid-age and then start to decrease. They also agree on the fact that small children have a less developed train of thought.

In this example, prior to age 9, children's dreams seem more like a slide show and less like an active story. This can be associated with the fact that by this age, cognitive development of children is still not as logic and rational as an adult's one. Therefore, this best illustrates that the content of dreams reflects cognitive development.

What is not a negative outcome of shoreline dredging?
nadya68 [22]

The correct answer is D. Reduction of the human population

Explanation:

Shoreline dredging occurs when material such as soil is removed from the water and relocated in a different place which is commonly used to make body waters deeper, use the material in another area to construct land, create more space for ships, among others. However, this process has important negative effects on the environment as coral reefs can be damaged if dredging occurs in them or near to them; this affects the ecosystems and therefore can lead to the death of marine life and this the seagrass beds are destroyed. On the other hand, the reduction of the human population is not a negative outcome or result of shoreline dredging because this does not affect directly the life of humans and does not represent a threat to them. Thus, the one that is not a negative outcome of shoreline dredging is the reduction of the human population.
