What are three pillars of personal health Dishman explains and what do  they look like? They are care anywhere, care networking, and care  customization. Care anywhere means that patients are able to do care for  themselves without doctors. Care networking means they can speak with  their doctors over the internet or on the phone. Care customization means  they can tailor their health care to whatever the patient needs.

Hope this helped!

Good luck :p

Answer: Care anywhere, Care networking, and Care customization.

Explanation:

Hi, the three pillars of personal health that Dishman explains are:

Care anywhere: Use digital communication and technology to keep track of patients. Self track and clinical track for specialists.

Care networking: team- based care. A team of specialists do person care instead of a single specialist.

Care customization: Customized care plans for each individual.
