How to fight obesity: please support work with references, must be one way page long. If anyone helps, you are a life saver!
Alex Ar [27]
<span> Obesity is a disorder that causes you to have excessive body fat that leads to many health problems. Many people have been losing their lives due to obesity. It is a very serious problem for children and adults. According to Stanford Health Care, “Obesity rates among children in the U.S. have doubled since 1980 and have tripled for adolescents.” This means the amount of people with obesity has dramatically decreased. Therefore, we should try to stop this from getting worse. One way we can stop this is by eating healthy. As stated by Stanford Health Care, “Gradually work to change family eating habits and activity levels rather than focusing on weight. Change the habits and the weight will take care of itself.” This means eating in small amounts won’t change anything. As a matter of fact, this will still cause you to gain weight. The article, Diet Myth News Flash: Eating Less Does Not Cause Fat Loss claims, “Instead, it burns muscle tissue, and that worsens the underlying cause of obesity. Only as a last resort, if the body has no other option, it may also burn a bit of body fat” To sum up, the amounts of food a person consumes is very important.Another way we can prevent obesity is  by exercising. Physical activity is very important for the human body. According to Mayo Clinic, “Exercise can help prevent excess weight gain or help maintain weight loss. When you engage in physical activity, you burn calories” These activities help stable your weight while you are eating healthy. Aso, physical activities don’t only help you with weight gain or loss, they help with preventing bad health conditions. The Mayo Clinic explains that “No matter what your current weight, being active boosts high-density lipoprotein (HDL), or "good," cholesterol...” This will with the health problems that were caused by obesity. In conclusion, can be stopped by exercising and eating healthy. It is very important to remember to eat healthy while participating in some physical activity everyday. Obesity is a huge source to most of people’s deaths. That’s why people should advocate for obesity; spread the message. Sometimes the simplest actions can leave a significant impact.
