why did the newspaper advisor give the paper to principal Reynolds for review? Was this standard procedure?
Natalka [10]

Regarding the Hazelwood v. Kuhlmeier case, it is standard procedure for the newspaper advisor to give the paper to Principal Reynolds for review.

While the students may feel that the paper being denied/removed is an infringement of speech, school officials have to right to censor school papers (within educated reason) because it is sponsored by the school.

How does national interest shape the policies related to regional commerce in the american system?
bagirrra123 [75]
<span>Regional commerce policies are shaped as synecdoche by national interest. Each region is not necessarily a representative piece of the whole. Whereas regional interest may be varied, changing from region to region, broader scope national interest is more homogeneous, taking into account a majority of the larger group and eliminating outliers. Thus national interest shapes policies in a way that keeps regions accountable to a set of rules that keeps them relatively homogeneous across different regions.</span>

timurjin [86]

Answer:

Operant conditioning.

Explanation:

As per the given description, the situation best illustrates 'operant conditioning' as the achieved reward or goal('ability to use vending machine') promotes the constant display of such behavior('frequent use of vending machines') by associating it to the reward(accomplishment of goal) received for such action the previous time. Skinner's theory is associated with promoting 'learning via association' as an individual could promote or deny a particular behavioral response by associating it to reward or punishment received previously for such action. Thus, <u>'operant conditioning'</u> is the answer.
