It will be different because yours will be different then your friend because you will both have a different topic and also when you are having different topics you will think different BECAUSE THE DIFFRENTS IN THE GRAPH

Answer:

The difference between graph will be important, because both of you are setting variables differently, and there can be only one order to this. That is, a graph has two variable, a dependent and an independent one.

In addition, the dependent variable is always represented by the vertical axis, and the independent variable is always represented by the horizontal axis. So, if you graph points (time, distance) that means you are setting time as the independent variable which is correct, because time doesn't depends on any other variable, but distance does depend on time.

Being said that, your friend's graph is wrong because he's graphing points (distance, time), that is, he's setting time as a dependent variable which doesn't make sense.

The main difference between graphs would be that you will have different behaviours, and only one of them is right. Another important difference is that both axis are opposite between your graph and your friend's, because he graphed wrong variables.

After college graduation, Mario received employment offers from two companies. The first company offered a yearly salary of $31,
Alexandra [31]
The first thing we must do for this case is to define a variable:
 x: number of years
 y: total salary
 We have then:
 For first company:
 y = 1500x + 31000
 For second company:
 y = 2000x + 28500
 Equaling both equations we have:
 1500x + 31000 = 2000x + 28500
 Clearing x:
 2000x - 1500x = 31000 - 28500
 500x = 2500
 x = 2500/500
 x = 5
 Answer:

It will take for the salaries to be the same about:

x = 5 years

Calculate the area shaded
Rudiy27

Answer:

7.722 cm^2

Step-by-step explanation:

Step 1: Find the area of the square.

  • Area of square = s^2, where s = side
  • 6^2 = 36 cm^2

Step 2: Find the area of the circle.

  • We are given the diameter of the circle as 6 cm, so the radius must be 3 cm.
  • Area of circle is \pi r^2, so now we plug in and simplify.
  • 3.142 * 3^2
  • 3.142 * 9
  • 28.278

Step 3: Subtract area of circle from area of square.

  • 36 - 28.278
  • 7.722

Therefore, the area of the shaded region is 7.722 cm^2.

Have a lovely rest of your day/night, and good luck with your assignments! ♡
