Light is an electromagnetic radiation of wave length, black color absorbs all the wave length (light) and converts them into heat, this means if a person is wearing black in summer he will feel more heat and be warmer, while white color on the other hand reflects the light back so it is not converted to heat, this means a person wearing white in summer will feel less heat.
