I can't really answer this question unless you answer this first I need to know how long does it take Blaine to read 1 page...

There is one way you can do this:

42 divide it by each answer ex: 42 / 14 = 3 - 42 / 39 = 1.07 (which isn't a very reasonable answer since we are talking about time) - 42 / 45 (wait you can't divide a smaller number by a bigger number, so let's change order) 45 / 42 = 1.07 (again this isn't reasonable) - 42 / 126 (you can't divide this way) 126 / 42 = 3 (since we had to change order this answer is not correct because it said it took him 42 mins not 126)

I think the correct answer would be 14

Hope this helps ;)

Answer:

1/2 ornament in an hour

Step-by-step explanation:

Given

Orna\ ments = 2

Time = 4

Required

Determine the ornaments per hour

This question implies that we calculate the unit rate.

Unit\ Rate = \frac{Orna\ ments}{Time}

Substitute values for Time and number of ornaments

Unit\ Rate = \frac{2}{4}

Unit\ Rate = \frac{1}{2}

<em>This implies that Constance can decorate 1/2 ornaments in an hour</em>
