There is less biodiversity in the ecosystem.

Since the barren ground doesn't provide suitable living conditions for most of the living organisms, the ones that need the lest resources to survive create the primary succession, usually the mosses and lichens. The organisms of the primary succession provide biomass, so the ground is mixing with it, thus new soil is forming.

I think it is the 1st & last answer. When you get a job, or most jobs, they require to to work cooperatively. 2 heads are better than one in trying to find a solution to a problem. Some people are better suited to have jobs that required not as much teamwork, but you have to get the job first.

A) The role of bacteria fixing nitrogen is very important because it fixes atmospheric nitrogen in the roots of plants. For example, Azotobacter is a bacteria which lives in the root of the higher plants. The bacteria fixes nitrogen for the plant and the plant gives habitat and food to the bacteria and hence, both get benefit.

B) Nitrifying bacteria are the bacteria which converts ammonia into nitrates. Examples are Nitrosomonas and Nitrobacter.
