The survey is a technique that uses a set of standardized research procedures to collect and analyze data from a portion of the population to explain or describe certain characteristics. The main advantage of the survey is its versatility or ability to collect data on a wide range of information needs. It is sought to have an eleve index of correct answers so that the analysis of the information is useful. It is important to bear in mind that the survey must be quick, that it is not repetitive but rather precise, it respects the conditions / characteristics of the surveyed universe, use a suitable vocabulary
