Well it all depends on the object you are using but in this case lets say remote control cars. You can have an example like "we drove the car around the building twice. the first time it was -8 than how fast it was supposed to go. the second time it was 9. In which round was the car faster?" I dont think i helped very much but i hope i did

Line segment XY is tangent to circle Z at point U. If the measure of is 84°, what is the measure of ? 42° 84° 96° 168°
Andreas93 [3]

Answer:

The measure of angle YUV is equal to m

Step-by-step explanation:

see the attached figure to better understand the problem

we have that

arc\ UV=84\° -----> given problem

so

m ------> by central angle

we know that

The triangle UZV is an isosceles triangle

because

ZU=ZV=radius

so

m -----> bases angle of the isosceles triangle

Remember that

The sum of the internal angles of a triangle is equal to 180\°

so

m

2m

substitute and solve for m<ZUV

2m

m

m ------> by complementary angles

solve for m<YUZ

48\°+m

m

Solve for a.<br> 4a+5=2+3.5a
Mazyrski [523]

Answer:

a =-6

Step-by-step explanation:

4a+5=2+3.5a

Subtract 3.5a from each side

4a-3.5a+5=2+3.5a-3.5a

.5a +5 = 2

Subtract 5 from each side

.5a +5-5 = 2-5

.5a = -3

Divide each side by .5

.5a/.5 = -3/.5

a =-6
