Cytoskeleton is made of three components known as microtubule, microfilament and intermediate filament. Microtubule are made of the polymers of tubulin.

Dyenins are the microtubule that are involved in the movements of sperm. Dyenin work in the ATP dependent manner. If the drug interferes with microtubule formation, it is most likely to inhibit dyenin as dyenin are involve in sperm cells motility. This drug inhibition disrupt the sperm cell mobility.
