Answer:

The rectangular 5 x 10 table.

Step-by-step explanation:

To find which table the office manager needs to get so he can sit more people at it is decided by one factor, the perimeter. The rectangular one, which is 5 x 10 the perimeter is (5 x 2) + (10 x 2) = 10 + 20 = 30. The circular one can be calculated by the equation\pi * d where d = 8. Putting /pi x 8 in my calculator and it comes out approximately at 25.132, having a less amount of perimeter space to work with, making the rectangular table the way to go.

42.5p=c

You get you get the number 42.5 since you know 10 people paid 425, you would divide 425 by 10 to know how much every person paid.

M is representing the amount of money each person paid

(M)10=425
M=425/10
M=42.50 <- since it’s about money

Each person paid $42.50

The cost for 15 people is $637.50.

42.5p=c
42.5(15)=637.5

Answer:

$10452958

Step-by-step explanation:

Initial profit = $11900848

Fall rate= $48263 per year

Equation:

  • P(x)= 11900848 - (x-1990)*48263,

where P(x)= profit at year of x, and 1990<x<2020

  • P(2020)= 11900848- 30*48263= $10452958
