I think you're supposed to multiply the amount of days in February and March by the amount of hours in a day however you might do that simply multiply the amount of days in February times 24 and the amount of days in March times 24 or how many hours is in a day

5 barrels catch rainwater in the schoolyard. Four barrels are the same size, and the fifth barrel holds 10 liters of water. Comb
ch4aika [34]

Answer:

The volume each of the four barrels of the same size will be at least 47.5 liters.

Step-by-step explanation:

Let the volume of each of the four barrels is v liters.

Now, the amount of water that can be held in the fifth barrel is 10 liters. The total capacity of holding water for the 5 barrels combines is at least 200 liters.

So, from the above-given information, we can write the inequality to determine the volume of each of the four barrels will be

10 + 4v ≥ 200

Solving this we get,

4v ≥ 190

⇒ v ≥ 47.5

Therefore, the volume each of the four barrels of the same size will be at least 47.5 liters. (Answer)

Emily and Sarah had a total of $80. after Sarah spent 1/3 of her money and Emily spent $17, Emily had twice as much money as Sar
Phoenix [80]
SO in total, Emily and Sarah had a total of 80 dollars in which Emily had twice as much as Sarah.
Let’s solve to find out how much their Money is.
=> Since the ratio of the given data is 2:1, 2 + 1 =3, so let’s divide 80 by 3
=> 80 / 3 = 26.667 ,
=> Emily has twice as this.
=> 26.667 * 2 = 53.33
=> Sarah has 26.67
Now, Sarah spent 1/3 of her money
=> 26.67 / 3 = 8.89 – her remaining money
Emily spent 17 dollars of her money
=> 53.33 – 17 = 36.33
