The answer I think should be 0.2, and I just used my calculator so I dont really know how to explain how to do it. I dont know FOR SURE if that answer is right tho.

I got negative 5.2 because 6+2 is 8 and 8 divided by 10 is 0.8 -6 = -5.2. Not sure if the answers accurate, hopefully it is

the second decimal place has the digit 7

the third decimal place has the digit ....either 1 or 2.

this depends on the forth one, if it was 5 or higher, the third digit would be 2
since the fourth digit is 3, which is lower than 5, we don't have to change the third digit : it remains a "1"

so the answer is 0.071
