The five-factor model of personality (FFM), which is also referred to as “the Big Five Traits of Personality”, is a model that consists of five domains of which individuals with a set of specific traits can be classified in or described. These domains which define human personalities, are what differentiates an individual from the other, as well as give reasons why any two individuals would react or respond differently to any given situation. The five domains can be noted with the acronym, "OCEAN", with each letter representing a domain.
