Answer:

profit \: percent =  \frac{sp - cp}{cp}  \times 100 \: percent

where,

SP=Selling price

CP=Cost price

<h3>For example:</h3>

Given,

Selling price(SP)= 1000

Cost price(CP)=800

Now,

profit \: percent =  \frac{sp - cp}{cp}  \times 100 \: percent \\  =  \frac{1000 - 800}{800}  \times 100 \\  =  \frac{200}{800}  \times 100 \\  = 25 \: percent

Hope this helps...

Good luck on your assignment..

A lot with a depth of 80 feet and an area of 4,800 square feet was sold for $350 per front foot. What was the total sales price?
stepladder [879]

Answer:

total sales price =  $21,000

Step-by-step explanation:

given data

depth = 80 feet

area = 4,800 square feet

sold = $350 per front foot

to find out

total sales price

solution

first we get here front feet that is the front length of a parcel

front feet  = \frac{area}{depth}   ...................1

front feet  = \frac{4800}{80}

front feet  = 60

so total sales price will be

total sales price = 60 × $350 per front foot

total sales price =  $21,000

Please help with #6 need it very soon
gregori [183]

Answer:

If this is a proof then here is the answer.

Angle ABD is Congruent to Angle CBD = Given

Angle BDA is Congruent to Angle BDC = Given

Angle ABD is Congruent to Angle CBD = Definition of Angle Bisector

Line Segment BD is Congruent to Line Segment BD = Reflexive Property

Line Segment AB is Congruent to Linge Segment CB = Angle-Side-Angle or ASA

Step-by-step explanation:

Lucky for you, I just learned this also ;)

Since you are given your first two directions, put them down as GIVEN in the proof.

Next, Since ABD and CBD are congruent angles, you can assume that it is an angle bisector since angle bisectors always bisect equally.

Then, (This one is obvious), since Line Segment BD shares a side with itself, it is equal by the Reflexive Property (EX: AB is congruent to AB).

Finally, Since there is two angles with a congruent side in the middle, you can confirm that it is equal by Angle-Side-Angle.

Hope this helped!
