Hello, so to find your Intensity zone you need to first subtract your heart's resting rate from your maximum rate. If you don't know what that means think of a guy that is about 40 years old, you subtract 40 from 220 and what ever number you get is your maximum rate. So for that 40 year old man his maximum rate is "180". Then you need to subtract your resting rate, which for this guy is 80.
