33 - 28 = 5
38 - 33 = 5
48 - 38 = 10

(5 - 5 - 10 - 10 - 20 - 20 - 40 - 40 - 80 - ..) this could be it but there are many different answers!!

48 + 10 = 58
58 + 20 = 78
78 + 20 = 98
98 + 40 = 138
138 + 40 = 178

the 8th term would be 178. But again, there are many ways to solve this and there are many answers you can give!!

Greeley [361]
Since each table had 7 women and 3 men at each table, that would mean each table has 10 people. Since there are 9 tables he was waiting on, and 10 people at each table, multiply 9 x 10, and you will find that he served 90 people in total.

dave has $18 to spend on a $9 book and two birthday cards (c) first for his friends. how much can he spend on each card if he bu
Yuri [45]

$4.50

To find this, take the total amount and subtract it from the given amount he spends:

18 - 9 = 9

With this information, you know you need to get two of the same birthday cards with the left over money, meaning you need to split the final answer in half. So, 9 divided by 2 is 4.50.

Hope this helps!
