When the molecule of glucose is not available in the body, then they can metabolize glucose from pyruvate. If an individual wants to lose weight should perform exercise that burns calories. Exercise mainly helps in increasing the resting metabolic rate. Vigorous exercise helps in increasing the breathing rate and heart rate. At the peak of the exercise, the body burns a high amount of calories until it reaches the normal level. This vigorous exercise burns more calories and provides more energy. It also helps in losing weight. If energy intake is balanced with its utilization, then the individual doesn't gain or lose any weight. If our body does not use nutrients, then it gets stored in the form of fat and, thus, increases weight.
