Explain why you agree or disagree that emotional health can improve physical health.
Novosadov [1.4K]

I agree that emotional health can improve physical health. If a person has bad emotional health, they can feel the need to eat more or less, same with exercising. A person with bad emotional health can have no motivation to do anything during the day, affecting their physical health by not bathing or eating right.

Stress can can affect our health by causing depression and anxiety. Stress can cause symptoms from headaches, rashes, high blood pressure, and heart palpitations. However, stress can also be good for you. Stress can be good for motivating you, known as 'adaptation stress'. It can boost your performance.

One way to reduce stress in our lives is to not procrastinate. Procrastinating can cause stress because people often stress when they don't do something when they can. They stress about when it will get done, and when the due date is.

Another lifestyle change to make our lives less stressful is to get rid of toxic people. For example, a person will be texting you on social media and call you 'cute' and 'dreamy' while you're not comfortable with it. Thinking about this person can cause stress because you don't want to offend them in any way by telling them not to call you that. A simple solution to this would be to block the person, you don't need the stress in your life. By blocking the person, you no longer need to worry about offending them. Your life is a lot easier without procrastinating and worrying about random people 24/7.
