96/1.5 would be your unit rate which is 64 then multiply your unit rate times 2 and you get  128 miles.

If you do 96+96 you get 192 so then you divide that number by 3 which gives you 64 which is the rate per hour. then you do 64+64 or 64 by 2 which will give you 128 and then you add half of 64 which will give you 32 so the answer is 160

Does the point (0,4) make either equations y=-2x and y=x+3 true? Explain.
Nikolay [14]

Answer:

Neither

Step-by-step explanation:

To verify, we substitute the values in the equations:

y = -2x\\y = -2 \times 0\\y = 0

however, the value should be 4. Hence this equation does not satisfy the co-ordinate.

y = x+3\\y= 0+3\\y = 3

however, the value should be 4. Hence this equation does not satisfy the co-ordinate.

Please help me solve<br><br> please show how you got the answer
aleksklad [387]

Answer:

Based on the linear relation shown above, when the y coordinate is 3, the x coordinate is 8.

Step-by-step explanation:

This is because every time you add an input of 2, you subtract an output of 4.

Basically in the x value you add 2 while in the why value you subtract 4.

(2, 13) (4, 9) (6, 5) (8, 1)

S = 1 / g t ² π, solve for t
Finger [1]

s =   \frac{1}{g {t}^{2}\pi }

multiply through by

g {t}^{2} \pi

s \times g {t}^{2} \pi =  \frac{1}{g {t}^{2} \pi}  \times g {t}^{2} \pi

sg {t}^{2} \pi = 1

dividing through by

sgπ

{t}^{2}  =  \frac{1}{sg\pi}

t =  \sqrt{ \frac{1}{sg\pi} }
