Chemical waste discharged from an oil refinery.

Explanation:

- Waste from a landfill is on ground, normaly not on the water. Also a landfill isn't on flat land most of the time and they normaly burn waste.

- Black smoke being released from a large truck doesn't affect water at all, the only thing it affects is the air. Which is air pollution.

- Oil refinery's dump waste into bodies of water. Refinery's tend have pipes connecting to bodies of water so, when toxic waste is disposed it's normally taken to ponds/lakes/rivers/oceans.

- Particculates from buring fossil fuels does not affect bodies of water, it affects the air. Which is air pollution.

Explanation:

Anorexia nervosa is an eating disorder characterized by excessive weight loss. The patient usually eliminates foods that he believes to be more caloric and progressively excludes several others. Food issues become fundamental in the patient's life, who becomes obsessed with weight gain. People with this type of problem have extreme thinness, dry skin and lanugo on their arms and shoulders, as well as various health problems due to lack of efficient nutrition.

Due to the physical appearance of the patient shown in the above question, we can state that the nurse may suspect that the patient is suffering from anorexia nervosa.

Nonprofit or voluntary agencies provide many services.
antiseptic1488 [7]
Nonprofit or voluntary agencies receive their funding from various sources:
1. Government grants - Most governments in the world offer funding for various nonprofit organisations. For example, civilian Search and Rescue organisations often receive government grants to buy equipment required.
2. Fundraising - Nonprofit or volunteer agencies often hold fundraising activities or drives. For example, the national blood bank holds drives where they encourage people to donate blood.
Free health care for the elderly is often provided by a nonprofit organisation. I've already mentioned the national blood bank. Another voluntary agency is the K9 (dog) Search and Rescue teams around the world. They provide their own dogs and training and are willing to travel to any country in the world to help in disaster situations, for example, the devastating earthquakes in Nepal.
