The Respirators are always removed outside the patient room. D) Outside the patient room, is the answer to this question. Respirators are removed outside the patient room after closing the doors, when patient care is over.

Protection from the diseases which are transmissible from an agent is definitely required for the workers in the health section. After the patient care is completed, the equipments used for protecting the workers from infectious transmissible diseases, the gloves are to be removed first, this is due to contaminants stuck onto the surface of gloves, meaning a easier medium for transmitting the infectious agents into the body. The goggles are the second into the removal after the gloves are removed, this is due to the interference in removal of the white gown which requires an extra care since, contaminants would be more onto the gown's surface and would require the removal of goggles to focus more on turning the gown inside out for the inner side to get exposed and the outer one, not so much exposed. Next is the gown, untying the gown from the back and turning it inner and the contaminated side into the outer place, this ensures that, health workers are not transmitted or exposed to a infectious agent by a medium of gown. Next comes up, the respirator, this will and always be removed outside the patient room, after all the patient care is finished. A prime reason for removing it outside the room is to prevent the transmission of diseases through the media of air, water, etc. Usually, door enclosure prevents a easier transmission of infective disease, so, the door is closed after the patient care is done. After the removal of all equipment used to protect the health workers in an environment filled with infectious agents; They are provided with a solution mixed with alcohol for thorough washing of hands time prevent the transmission of infectious agents.

Hope it helps.

Get out of the car frequently to stretch and move about.

When you're not driving, you can also perform some exercises in the car, such as wriggling your toes and flexing and twisting your feet. Your legs' blood flow will be maintained, which will lessen any stiffness and soreness. Additionally, using compression stockings for lengthy (4+ hour) automobile trips can improve blood flow to the legs and reduce the risk of blood clots during pregnancy.

Driving during Pregnancy can cause fatigue and vertigo, so it's crucial to stay hydrated and consume natural energy-boosting foods like fruit and almonds while traveling by automobile.

Wear your seatbelt with the lap strap over your pelvis under your bump, not across it, and the cross strap between your breasts to keep the air flowing during driving.
