There is a few but some rivers that connect or flow into the Atlantic are
the Amazon empties into the Atlantic
St. Lawrence leads into the Atlantic
Orinoco is also another river that goes into the Atlanic

Since temperature is directly proportional to pressure, therefore, when the pressure decreases the temperature decreases as well.
