It is a hypothesis, because historians know about how stone blocks are moved, but they are speculating when it comes to this topic. No one can ever truly say how the pyramids were built.

Answer:

Hypothesis

Explanation:

Historians are a group of scientists dedicated to studying history and try to depict history as best the can.

It has been a question that has baffled minds throughout the years, and even today we still have no clear answer. The question of how the Egyptians built the pyramids.

It is one theory that the ancient civilization dragged the large stone blocks over logs. The reason that all speculations about history are considered hypotheses, is because no one can say with 100% certainty what an ancient civilization did, because they were not there to witness it, hence all theories are considered hypotheses.

You walk 60m east and then 20m at 20 degrees south of west. What is your displacement?
stich3 [128]
Let north and east be posetive
Y=20sin20
=6.840402867 south
X=20cos20
18.79385243 west
Net horizontal components=60+(-18.79)
=41.20614758m
Net vertical=-6.84040267
X^2=41.20614758^2+(-6.684040267)^2
√x^2 =√1744.73771m
x=41.77m

Two friends of different masses are on the playground. They are playing on the seesaw and are able to balance it even though the
Westkost [7]

Answer:

They are able to balance torques due to gravity.

F_1 L_1 = F_2L_2

Explanation:

When two friends of different masses will balance themselves on see saw then at equilibrium position the see saw will remain horizontal

This condition will be torque equilibrium position where the see saw will not rotate

Here we can say

F_1 L_1 = F_2L_2

here we know that force is due to weight of two friends

and their positions are different with respect to the lever about which see saw is rotating

since both friends are of different weight so they will balance themselves are different positions as per above equation
