I believe the answer is: Beelzebub

In john milton's paradise lost, beelzebub held the second highest position among the gallen angels that Defied God, (Lucifer has the higest). Even though Beelzebub is widely respected by the other fallen angels, in the presence of Lucifer, Milton stated that Beelzeebub is no more than a weak follower.
