Victoria is in the business of manufacturing phones. She must pay a daily fixed cost to rent the building and equipment, and als

o pays a cost per phone produced for materials and labor. The labor and materials cost $50 for each phone manufactured, and the total cost of producing 3 phones in a day would be $450. Write an equation for the function C(p), representing total cost, in dollars, of producing p phones in a given day.

Answer:

C(p) = p*50 + 300

Step-by-step explanation:

Using the names:

Clm: cost of labor and materials

Crm: fixed cost on rent and equipment

p: number of phones

and Ct: total cost

the ecuation would be number of phones times the cost and material plus the fixed cost, something like this

p * Clm + Crm = Ct

on the example we have all the data except the rent and equipment cost (the fixed cost) so thats what we need to solve

producing 3 phones its

3 *¨50 + Crm = 450

Crm = 450 - 150 = 300

so replacing in the above formula the equation would be

C(p)=p * 50 + 300

RideAnS [48]

Answer:

a=22.6549

Step-by-step explanation:

Calculated based on 2 given angles and 1 given side.

∠C = 180° - A - B = 0.99484 rad = 57°

a = c·sin(A)/sin(C) = 22.6549

b = c·sin(B)/sin(C) = 12.33874

Lostsunrise [7]

Answer:

A. x=0

Step-by-step explanation:

x+20+10x=20+9x

cancel equal terms

x+10x+9x

add x to 10x

11x=9x

move variable to left

11x-9x=0

subtract 11x to 9x

2x=0

divide Both sides by 2

x=0

The flag of a country contains an isosceles triangle. (Recall that an isosceles triangle contains two angles with the same mea
weeeeeb [17]

31 degrees, 31 degrees, 118 degrees

Step-by-step explanation:

Step 1 :

Let x be the measure of 2 angles of the given isosceles triangle with same measure

Let y be the measure of  3rd angle

So we have x + x + y = 180

Step 2 :

Given that the measure of  3rd angle of  triangle is 25° more than three times the measure of either of the other two angles

So we have , y = 3 x + 25

Step 3:

Substituting for y in the first equation we have,

x + x + 3 x + 25 = 180

=> 5 x + 25 = 180

=> 5 x = 180-25 = 155

=> x = 155/5 = 31

Hence the 2 angles of the triangle are 31 degrees.

Step 4:

we have y = 3 x + 25

=> y = 3 * 31 + 25 = 118

Hence the 3rd angle of given triangle is 118 degrees
