Freud's first stage in his psychosexual theory of development is the Oral Stage. This stage occurs between birth and one year. At this stage, the baby or infant experiences his or her world through their mouth. The baby is sucking, biting, and feeding. According to Freud, oral stimulation could cause issues later in life. A toy that would provide oral stimulation would be considered detrimental (bad) to the child's development.
This question is really opinion based, but I would take it personal when things go wrong, since I start to think what I didn't or did do that made things go wrong.
To stop sexual harassment it is important to instill to everyone that we need to respect one another because that is where everything started. If there is no respect, we will find it difficult to look at other persons without being judgmental.
