alot of peoples weight problems is the amount that they eat not so much what they eat so he could not get so much and eat little bits at a time

Jake could include a variety of food groups in his meal- e.g: Protein, Fibre, Vitamins and minerals. An example of a balanced meal would be :
Salmon and egg salad with cucumber, lettuce, tomatoes, carrot and olives.
