Is it true or false that Earths Climate systems are driven by the electromagnetic radiation from the sun, as well as its reflect
jasenka [17]

Answer:

True

Explanation:

Electromagnetic radiation is the primary energy source on Earth and the driver of the entire climate system.

The sun is also the source of energy that drives all life on Earth. This energy controls the weather, ocean currents and the hydrological cycle, influences our mood and daily activities.

The sun is a star, the same as the stars we see in the night sky, it is only much, much closer to us. It is nearly 150 million kilometers away from Earth. It is at the heart of our solar system and warms our planet enough that life can thrive on it. For over 4.5 billion years, this hot-ball of glowing plasma has been the engine of time, climate and life on Earth.

When an object slides down a ramp with friction, the kinetic energy at the bottom of the ramp is not equal to the potential ener
Bogdan [553]

Answer:

Explanation:

Law of conservation of energy states that energy can neither be created nor destroyed. Thus, in relation to the question, as the object slides down the ramp, the kinetic energy should increase at the same rate the potential energy is reducing in such a way that the kinetic energy of the object at the bottom of the ramp should be equal to the potential energy of the object at the top of the ramp (since the energy was been "transferred" as the object moved). However, this situation only occurs, as explained, in the absence of friction. In the presence of friction, some of the energy is used to overcome friction as the object moves down the ramp and as such there is an energy loss due to friction in the process which makes the kinetic energy at the bottom of the ramp not equal to the potential energy at the top. This also does not violate the law of conservation of energy since no energy was destroyed in the process (as all the energy involved can be accounted for).

Preganglionic motor neurons of the
Fofino [41]

Answer:

Sympathetic

Explanation:

Preganglionic motor neurons are a part of the autonomic nervous system - a part of the nervous system that acts mostly involuntarily and regulates bodily functions, such as the heart rate, breathing, digestion, etc.

A preganglionic motor neuron is a type of motor neuron, the cell body of which is located in the brain or spinal cord, while its axon leaves the central nervous system as part of a cranial or spinal nerve before separating and entering the autonomic ganglion.

The preganglionic neurons that originate in the thoracic and lumbar regions of the spinal cord are the sympathetic preganglionic neurons.
