2. Carbohydrates the fuel of the body, keep the central nervous system functioning and give brain and the rest of the body the ability to carry process for staying alive

3. Fats

Fats for over time as energy deposits in the body, but also eating them is healthy as some lipids like omega 3 are needed for building new brain cells, lipids help vitamin and mineral absorption.

4. Vitamins

Often serve as enzymes which trigger the key processes needed to live: digestion and ingestion. Vitamins are found rich in vegetables.

5.Minerals

basic for many body functions, include having strong bones, teeth, balance the metabolism.

6.Water

The most elemental component of our whole body, without it life cannot exist. It is found as 75 percentage of the whole body.
