Which of the lines whose equations are given below is perpendicular to 3x - 12y = 10?
Dmitriy789 [7]

Answer:

1. 8x + 2y = 16

Step-by-step explanation:

3x - 12y = 10

12y = 3x - 10

y = 1/4 x - 5/6  .... slope: 1/4

perpendicular line slope: -4

8x + 2y= 16

2y = -8x + 16

y = -4x + 8  .... slope: -4
