People with a need for power desire whichever personal power or as called as institutional power. In addition, the acquired-needs theory is proposed by David McClelland that defines how a life of a person experiences variations individual needs over time. It is classified into three groups which are achievement, affiliation and power in which these needs are shaped by the involvements of the individual.
