Which function has the larger y-intercept after being transformed and by how much?

Answer: A by 2 units

Explanation:3,2   1,4  was 1/4 but put it as a graph and makes 1/4 so put 1,4 and 3,2 and for is bigger and subtract by 2 you get 2 therfore answer is C cause letter B is bigger
