Families—especially those who communicate openly —may be strengthened by experiences associated with managing their child's health condition or disability. In many cases, the family's management of a child's chronic condition may provide them with a sense of cohesiveness, mission, mastery, and pride which builds the resiliency of the family.

Share your perspective on the association of AOD use and high-risk sexual behaviors??
frozen [14]

Answer:

You’re taking a huge risk.

Explanation:

When you’re under the influence, your decisions are impaired. When you’re impaired you lack the ability to be able to calculate the dangers of the risks you’re taking. If one of those is high risk sexual behaviors you may end up with an STD or even pregnant. Often times people in those situations can not afford to get the treatment/ help required. Or if it’s an addiction, often they won’t seek help.

How are cells similar to bricks in a building? How are they different?
aev [14]
Well, the cells and bricks are similar because cells are the building blocks of life and bricks are the building blocks of buildings. Cells are necessary for life, bricks are necessary for buildings.
They are different in the way of cells have nucleus'es (plural form of nucleus, I suppose) and other things inside it that do jobs, bricks don't have that.
