Answer:

Systemic

Explanation:

The major or systemic circulation is the circuit or path that the blood makes from the heart to the body and back to the heart, while the minor or pulmonary circulation is the circuit that makes the blood from the heart to the lungs and then to the heart .

In the major circulation, blood travels through the arteries and arterioles, until they reach the capillaries, where they release oxygen and capture carbon dioxide from the tissues. Then the capillaries are grouped in venules and continue in the main veins until they reach the right atrium.

Characteristics of the major circulation

- Of the total blood volume of the human body represents 84%, distributed 64% in the veins and 13% in the arteries.

-  It begins with the contraction of the left ventricle of the heart after it receives oxygenated blood from the left atrium (atrium) and directs it to the aorta.

-  It culminates with the arrival of deoxygenated venous blood to the right atrium through the superior vena cava and inferior cava veins.

gizmo_the_mogwai [7]

Answer: No.

Explanation:

Studying about diseases, their effect, cause and the prevention of diseases is known as Epidemiology, and the scientists that studies Epidermiology and take it as a professsion are called Epidermiologists.

From the question; assuming the epidemiologist who finds a correlation between the use of tanning beds and melanoma (an aggressive form of skin cancer) in college-age women, the Epidermiologist can NOT conclude that tanning beds cause skin cancer BECAUSE the fact that the the use of tanning beds CORRELATE with melanoma (an aggressive form of skin cancer) in college-age women does not PROOF THAT tanning beds cause skin cancer.

===>That is, the fact that something correlate with another thing does not make it the cause.

Schizophrenia is a serious mental disorder characterized by the interpretation of reality abnormally. The causes for which a person can have schizophrenia are unknown but research shows that genetic factors play an important role when it comes to developing a disease.

Schizophrenia has no cure, treatments are focused on helping to improve the patient's quality of life. That is, the person can control the symptoms of the disease. For many years various medications have been used for the treatment of schizophrenia. Antipsychotics are the most used due to the improvements that people present.

There are the first generation antipsychotics, such as:

- Chlorpromazine

- Fluphenazine

- Haloperidol

- Perphenazine

These antipsychotics have very frequent and very significant side effects such as sedation, drowsiness, dizziness, and symptoms similar to those that a person with Parkinson's disease can have such as stiffness, tremors, and involuntary muscle contractions. The advantage that these medicines offer is their low cost.

There are also second-generation antipsychotics, such as:

- Clozapine

- Olanzapine

- Risperidone

- Ziprasidone

- Iloperidone

These antipsychotics take advantage of the first generation because the side effects are less risky, but their cost is higher.
