Violence, because this is a form of extreme aggresion towards someone or something. Having weapons can make the violence worse because you are now using weapons which inflict more damage than a human can do, and if someone does something to one side, the other side is more likely to fight back in some way, leading to mroe violence.
The doctor would touch around and ask if it hurts and how bad. He would also have her open and close her mouth.
