The correct answer for 1st part ( A) Smaller Interfering RNA (siRNA) and 2nd part is mRNA

During the whole procedure of RNA interference the long dsRNA is cut down into smaller fragments (nucleotides) by an enzyme called Dicer. These smaller fragments are called as Smaller Interfering RNA (siRNA) to bind to proteins. This Smaller Interfering RNA forms complex with RISC and helps in degradation of mRNA.

Mila [183]

Answer:

Structure: unicellular organisms (single-celled), no nucleus or membrane-bound organelles, genetic material usually composed of a single circular bacterial chromosome coiled up in a region of the cytoplasm

Function: metabolic functions are carried out in the bacterial cytoplasm

Replication: generally asexual (binary fission)

Explanation:

Bacteria are prokaryotic organisms, i.e., unicellular organisms that do not have a cell nucleus nor any membrane-bound organelles . Generally, the genetic material is composed of a single DNA circular molecule (bacterial chromosome), which is localized in a specific region of the cytoplasm (nucleoid region). Prokaryotic cells are usually smaller than eukaryotic cells (0.1 - 5 μm in size). In bacteria, metabolic functions (i.e., growth and reproduction) occur in the cytoplasm. The most important process of reproduction in bacteria is binary fission, a form of asexual reproduction where a single bacterial cell divides into two. Bacteria can also exchange genetic material by sexual reproduction mechanisms (i.e., conjugation, transformation and transduction). The main strategy to prevent outbreaks caused by bacteria is to know the conditions where they grow and reproduce. For example, <em>Salmonella</em> is a genus of infectious bacteria that may cause an outbreak. <em>Salmonella</em> infection may be prevented by eliminating conditions where they can multiply. Measures to prevent <em>Salmonella</em> outbreaks include cook food thoroughly (do not eat raw eggs or raw beef), refrigerate foods, wash hands, etc.

Ecology and evolution are closely related, as are evolution and genetics. All have an impact on the world around us.
PtichkaEL [24]

Ecology is the science that studies the interaction between living beings and the environment in which they live.

<h3>How can I help with conservation?</h3>

  1. Buy recycled paper avoiding the death of more trees
  2. Have a recycling bin for paper, plastic, metal and glass, to reduce the environmental damage in waste and for the waste to be reused
  3. Recycle toner and ink cartridges from empty printers, to avoid polluting rivers and streams.
  4. If possible buy remanufactured cartridges, avoiding environmental impact
  5. Recycle old newspapers, avoiding the death of more trees.

<h3>What is the evidence for evolution?</h3>

  1. Anatomy. Species may share similar physical features because those features were present in a common ancestor (homologous structures).
  2. Molecular biology. DNA and genetic code reflect the common ancestry of life

With this information, we can conclude that Ecology is concerned with the living beings on the planet and their relationships with each other and with the environment.
