Disturbances in volition was discovered in the first symptoms of schizophrenia. in this disturbances of volition, the schizophrenic individual is usually  ambivalent about most issues, do not have goals and does not seem to have the energy or interest to think about them and more also, they certainly cannot make decisions.  It is known to appear in different ways.
