Multidisciplinary team is compose of members having different experiences and skills contributing to the organization objectives. In this scenario, when Connie is informing the patient about what to eat and not thus she is doing the health teaching or health promotion. This usually is the nurse's role in the team.
I would say one is that you always have to be happy and another is that you have eat healthy all the time. Realistic expectations are that you aren't happy all the time and that you are sad sometimes another one would be that you eat healthy most of the time but have an occasional treat.
