1. If you maintain a target heart range while walking, you’re exercising aerobically. Walking
at a steady pace, with a little bit of huffing and puffing, indicates that you’re in your target
range. Conversation should be a bit difficult, but not labored. You should feel some exertion,
but your muscles shouldn’t burn and you shouldn’t be gasping for breath. If this is happening, slow your pace and work up to a faster pace.
2. Mode of exercise, frequency, and intensity
3. There’s no one specific time of day that’s best for exercise. Aerobic exercise can be performed at any time of the day, except right after a heavy meal. It’s up to each individual to

Why does amylase from saliva stop working in the stomach? what other organ produces amylase?
Novosadov [1.4K]
Amylase is an enzyme, which are protein molecules that help in the breakdown of complex substances. Enzymes have optimum conditions in which they operate, which also include specific pH ranges. The pH in the stomach is too low for amylase to work in, so amylase is denatured and does not perform its function in the stomach.

The other organ producing amylase is the pancreas.
