1. If you maintain a target heart range while walking, you’re exercising aerobically. Walking
at a steady pace, with a little bit of huffing and puffing, indicates that you’re in your target
range. Conversation should be a bit difficult, but not labored. You should feel some exertion,
but your muscles shouldn’t burn and you shouldn’t be gasping for breath. If this is happening, slow your pace and work up to a faster pace.

3. There’s no one specific time of day that’s best for exercise. Aerobic exercise can be performed at any time of the day, except right after a heavy meal. It’s up to each individual to

Use a heart tracker while walking, sometimes even a phone could have an app to do that.

U should drink some water and take deep slow breaths and if u don't feel better u should go to an emergency center
